We do not have a studio. You will occasionally hear a car going by on the road outside, or the air conditioner compressor starting up, or maybe even Spooky, our faithful Cocker Spaniel. These are home movies. But they’re free, right?

In order to make possible deploying the videos on the Internet, we used some fairly aggressive compression. This causes blurring and pixelation during the bits when my hands are moving around quickly. The important content, however, is unimpaired. Update for 2013: We are in the process of reconverting all the videos and putting them up on YouTube. This makes them less choppy to watch, and uses technologies that were not available when we first made our videos available!

We hope you’ll enjoy watching them and that they will enhance your knitting experience.
