I like cuffs in children's clothing because they allow for sizing with growing room.
The directions will result in a cuff of approximately 2". For a narrower cuff,
eliminate the last 8 rows of knitting. To eliminate the cuff entirely, reduce the
number of rows during shaping by an additional 8 rows.
